Welcome to jkpigeon.com, an online platform operated by Chinar Code Private Limited. By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our platform.

1. Platform Overview

JKPigeon is a digital platform that provides tournament organizers with tools to manage pigeon racing events, including registration, scoring, results management, and live viewing features. We do not organize events ourselves nor do we charge or manage participant entry fees.

2. Organizer Responsibility

Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of data, tournament rules, prizes, and communication with participants. Any financial transactions between organizers and their participants occur outside of our platform and are not managed or guaranteed by JKPigeon.

3. User Accounts

Users and organizers must register with accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and are liable for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription & Payment

JKPigeon provides premium services to organizers through subscription-based plans. All payments are securely handled via cashfree.

5. Content Ownership

All content, tools, software, and resources available on JKPigeon are owned by Chinar Code Private Limited. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any part of the platform without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We provide our services “as is.” We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of the platform.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 23 June 2025

1. Organizer Subscriptions

JKPigeon offers digital tools to organizers for managing tournaments. Organizers may cancel a paid subscription within 24 hours of purchase if no premium services (like creating a tournament or uploading results) have been used. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 7–10 business days.

After 24 hours, or once any premium services have been utilized, refunds are not eligible.

2. Participants & Tournament Entry Fees

JKPigeon does not collect any entry fees from tournament participants. Any payments made to organizers are outside our scope, and we are not liable for refunding or mediating such transactions.

3. Refund Process

To request a subscription refund, organizers must contact help@jkpigeon.com with their subscription ID and account email. Our team will respond within 48 working hours.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Effective Date: 23 June 2025

1. Digital Services

All our services are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment via cashfree, organizers get immediate access to their subscribed features, such as creating tournaments, live score dashboards, and analytics tools.

2. Access Confirmation

After purchase, a confirmation email with login details and access instructions is sent instantly. If not received, please check your spam folder or contact us.

3. Physical Merchandise or Trophies (If Applicable)

In some cases, tournaments may offer trophies or pigeon-related merchandise. These items are handled directly by organizers, not by JKPigeon. However, if JKPigeon ships any merchandise (e.g. branded gifts), delivery is handled via trusted courier partners. Typical delivery timelines are 3–10 working days within India.
